Individual told me they had an apartment available may 28, 2022 and it’ll be ready they next week. Had me do an application and pay application, deposit, and first month rent. Place wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be and he gave me reasons why but kept changing the date. It is now july 7, 2022 and i haven’t heard anything from him. Gave him a call today and received a horrible attitude and told him I want my refund back and he told me he’d have to contact someone else even though he told me he was the landlord. He then cursed me out and hung the phone up in my face.
