We officially acknowledge the receipt of your expression of interest regarding the position of our International Representative to (BPC) in your country, including your attached document. We hereby decide to give you more details of the position as required. Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C. (BPC) seek for an international representative/supply agent, but MUST be a reliable sincere and trusted Person or Company who can contribute positively towards achieving the aims of our project objective.
Based on (2030) recommendations for future energy demand forecast, a feasibility study has been established for expansion of gas compression processing units, involving a pipeline system to return residue gas for re-injection with a total capacity of 615,000 barrels per day to meet complex diversified requirements of the world oil market. Project valued at ($16 billion) and when completed will be the world's largest grass root plants being built from conceptual stage; this ongoing mega project will change the landscape of the oil refining industry in Kuwait.
The project studies have been long completed and now ready for the PRC (Projects Review Committee) review and appropriate action. With procurement clearly a key area of focus for BPC, you will work as a contracted agent, and the product (BPC) requires is "_GLO EP 3000_" and your major responsibility is to make the product available and supply to our project site in Kuwait on a monthly basis or upon request by BPC or its subsidiary. On the other hand, you will be responsible for inspection of the goods at the manufacturer's factory, 2 days before its shipment to Kuwait and BPC will take care of your travel cost from your country to the manufacturer's factory.
On the other hand, there will be a registered office (BPC) Int'l Agent office or Representative office), though a temporary and rented office for one year (1) duration. This office will consist of the Agent, Office Secretary, Office Assistant and an Accountant, and the Agent is going to take care of the salary of the staff from the $5 per liter monthly commission earning worth $430,000.00 United States Dollar every month. Further you will receive from (BPC) Management the sum of 120,000.00 (Kuwait dinar) = $397,714.08 United States Dollar (USD) for establishment of regional office for the one year contract duration, of which BPC Management agreed is more than enough to rent, furnish and register the office name in any country.
Note; the agent establishment fee is geared towards facilitating you (Agent) towards establishment of BPC regional offices in your country where you have a remote presence and assisting staff. Given the importance of this task as well as to ensure redundancy in service in case agent become unexpectedly incapacitated for whatever reason such as Covid-19 etc. Meanwhile, agents are required to train and employ the aforementioned assisting staff to ensure fulfillment of contracted services in case of any emergencies or problems. For your information, kindly be informed that Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C. (BPC) requires an estimated monthly supply quantity of 86,000 liters total annual volume: 1,032 liters; maybe extended.
Again, once certified, you will be entitled to an accommodation allowance, monthly Flight Allowance from your country to the manufacturer factory for goods inspection before dispatch and one year Insurance cover. All the above mentioned shall be effective after confirming you as our international agent according to the selection criteria, and your reliability towards such position. The monthly product (86,000 lts) cost price and delivery charges will be paid by Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C. (BPC) through you as our certified international agent; meanwhile you are expected to be reliable and accountable towards utilizing the fund for its original purpose.
Therefore you will present to us a monthly report on your financial activities and our project supervisors will visit at the end of every month to ascertain progress on your monthly report. Lastly, honestly speaking at the expiration of this one year contract and according to your performance, you shall be appointed Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C. (BPC) permanent Regional Representative/Agent on supply and logistics. I got the same approach from this gentleman. Also thru the Linked in but first contact was thru someone called Rafiq Mohammed Abdulaziz (which email and LIn page disappeared). Was really feeling suspicious about it, started checking his name and found this page.
What these people get with this kind of behavior I really can not understand. As someone said in one of msgs above probably they will request the money, at some stage, before signing contract.
Also the BPC website is no longer available. Do not know if it was fake or not.
