Girlfriend met this guy in his apartment parking lot to fix her computer. Paid him $250 cash in advance for hard drive replacement and an overall system check. When the computer was returned, we noticed upon getting home that nothing was fixed. The old hardware was still there, and the computer was still super slow. He has blocked our emails and refuses to call her back. Our next step will be the authorities.
