I had 28 emails with the same customer service representative named “Jennifer”. When I let them know the product was not the same quality they advertised and the products did not work, they offered me $3.26 and $5.12 refund. I declined both and told them I want a full refund. Jennifer said “this was our last offer and will be our last email”.
