They keep sending messages that I owe Spectrum and they are a collection agency. I contacted SPECTRUM directly since I have automated payment set up. SPECTRUM said I have ZERO outstanding balances, nothing gone to collections, and most likely I am a target of a scam. They put a flag on my account that I am bringing this to their attention.

Message scammers sent to me:
