First scam happen Feb 27,2019. Informed to call Microsoft for system repairs / computer Locked, Calling the tel. appearing on the screen 877 833 1233 was connecting to MS Comp Solutions with " Frank ", a certified agent for Microsoft. Agent will clear all viruses, malware and install necessary software to protect for further interruptions. The cost will be $629.16 and it will provide life time services at no addition cost.This amount was paid with a credit card from Citibank.

Second scam happen Dec 9, 2019. Infested my computer with viruses and requested $250 to clean and restore for which only $125 was paid to MS Comp Solutions with Apple gift card.

Third scam, again by the same MS Comp Solutions, happened 01/13/2020, computer screen blocked with Google IP address compromised and advised the IP address was now public and use to show child pornography and buy sex toys. Also my personal identity was compromise including bank accounts. Requesting not to use credit cards or bank checks but to obtain a gift card from Target for $500 to pay there fees in order to resolve this emergency by restoring the computer operating system and buy a new IP address from Google.

I am requesting complete refunds totaling $1254.16 withing 30 days from these fillings.
