They implanted a virus and then called me to purchase software to fix it. I paid them $1,099.99 for the software which was to have me protected for life. Several months later they called me again and said I have a new virus and they sold me more software at a cost of $1,699.99 but they told me my original payment would be refunded within 7 days. It has been almost three months now but still no refund. I called the number they gave me but only received a bunch of lies. Without a doubt, this is some type of fraudulent business practice which is focused on senior citizens.
