On January 7, 2015, I was contacted by someone saying they were from MS Online, offering the service of checking my computer for hackers and other such things. He did the scan and found an incredible number of hackers, so they offered a 1 or 3 year protection plan for my computer, which is “very necessary” (according to him) and costs in the neighborhood of $1,000.00. I ended up talking to several different male "supervisors", etc throughout the process. I have copies of some of the notes they typed on-screen during the sales pitch. They sent me a couple emails to confirm my purchase and give me a way to contact them if I had trouble. I have memory that I fell for this for a two years, but can only find monetary proof for one year (2015). Stupid me!!! Later, I brought it up with the local techs that fix my computer. They said MS Online is a scam.

This year MS Online called again - marked as “unknown” on my caller ID. I answered the first time, and immediately recognized them. They have a very strong Indian accent. I simply hung up. This time they have been calling since then (12-15-2016) until now (mid-March 2017)...and calling INCESSANTLY...and apparently from several different numbers. I have not answered any more of their calls.

When these crooks took my debit card payment a couple years ago, it went through my bank as “click4support”. I did a Google search for click4support and discovered there is a lawsuit pending about this company...and that they have supposedly been shut down. Well...I have proof that THEY HAVE NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN and intend to report that. I'm gathering as much information as I can about them, and then I will send the form to the lawyers. I also have the emails that they sent to me years ago. (see attached)
