Type of a scam Tech Support
MS-Squad charges $250 for Item CST2014XF5 "Sapphire Premium Package", after which they remotely connect to the user's computer (using LogMeIn) and perform basic steps downloading and using open source software: Malwarebytes (free scan), CC Cleaner (free scan), AdBlock (free ad blocker) and a batch file (clean.bat) of unknown purpose.
The use of AdBlock appears to prevent their own misleading error message/advertisement from appearing again, so the root problem is "solved".
Their website, http://www.ms-squad.com, is a single page. None of the "OUR SERVICES" links show any detailed information. They have no specific "Service Portfolio" information on the site (the "View" links just show a photo). Their @ms-squadtech twitter handle is fake/doesn't exist/is banned, and the "Twitter Feed" on the bottom of the page is fake (hardcoded HTML text). They do not appear to have a LinkedIn, Facebook or YouTube account (all dead links on the page and non-existent when searched). Their address, "3044 Parker Green Trail, Charlotte NC 28269", is a house in a residential area. Their shopping cart site (capstonetechnologiesllc.com) is does not have a valid SSL certificate.
