Msbonnie advertised on Facebook a shower product. I ordered from the site on November 18, 2023. I was not given a confirmation nor an order number, but payment was processed through PayPal. On December 6, I attempted to reach out to the company to track my order, and I discovered that the website was gone. I left a review on the Facebook site, and was immediately contacted by Msbonnie through Facebook Messenger. I was given a tracking number, which I have since discovered to be a fake number showing a shipment being processed in Jamaica, NY. I have reached out multiple times since then, and each time I do not get a response until I leave a negative comment on the Facebook site. Each response is exactly the same, stating that the website was attacked, shipping is delayed due to Christmas, and that the order will be expedited. I did get refunded by PayPal, so I did get my money returned to me, however, not through Msbonnie. I want to warn others who might not go through a service such as PayPal, as I fear that had I used a debit or credit card, I would not have received my money back and I would have had my personal information jeopardized.

Saw ad for msbonnie.com on Facebook. Placed order, but received no product. Contacted via support address on the website ([email protected]), but received no response. Consumer is disputing with PayPal.
