I saw a TV ad about homeaglow home cleaning and I decided to try the service. It took almost 6 months for me to get a cleaner to come because the cleaners repeatedly canceled the scheduled appointments, consistently not available for my selected days. I received a text telling me that a cleaner was coming to my home on December 31, 2023 and that I was enrolled for a cleaning every 2 weeks which I didn’t request. I was also informed that I had a $49/month membership fee which I have not seen previously or requested. When I tried to rrquest to cancel, I was informed that I would be charge $163+ fee for cancelation. It took me more than 10 minutes to complete the cancelation and I responded to an email requesting to speak with a homeaglow representative. The website is predatory and keeps you in a loop over and over again. I will have to decide what utility bill that I must now negotiate payment arrangements, if possible. Please investigate and stop homeaglow's deceitful practices.
