An order was placed for Gardener's Supply Company Indoor Grow Light, 3-Tier Stand Sunlite Light Garden with Plant Trays but received was a 3-prong high speed charging cable. After contacting them about getting the wrong product, they stated that they checked with the warehouse and they accidently sent the wrong product because the item ordered was in high demand. Then claimed they could re-send the original order. After stating that a refund is preferred, the person stated only 60% of the refund would be returned due to transportation, customs and commission costs. The attach image is what was sent.

On January 19,2021 I order a brand new in the box Stihl-GTA 26 hand chainsaw pruner for $61.79. They gave me a tracking number of LY641689175CN. On Feb.20,2021 I received a package with the same tracking number and received a charging cable 1.20 for a phone. I sent them an email at [email protected] and told them what I received. They responded with a message that they are very sorry to hear about that, do you mean you received wrong item, can you take picture let me have a check to see what happen. I then receive an email from same address that stated "We have reshipped your order out. The tracking No. is PF118009879CN.PLS track here https://www.emsname.top. Btw, sometimes it does not update timely, pls try in a few days." On 4-27-2021 they gave me that tracking #PF118009879CN and I stated to check on it. On 5-2-2021 the tracking info said it was released from customs and arrived at the USA. On 5-10-2021 it stated it arrived in Washington State awaiting delivery scan. On 5-18-2021 it stated "The delivery status of your item has not been updated,(your package may have been lost during the transportation period.pls contact sender.

On 5-19-2021 I sent them an email wanting to know what was going on. They responded that they would refund me 60% of the cost because they have shipping fee and product cost. I resent them a note that is is 100% or send the correct product. Today is July 12th so I sent them an email wanting to know whats going on, never heard back.

I ordered greenhouse panels on March 19, 2021. Never received. Have not gotten any response from them but a tracking number. I tracked product. They said that it was left at my mailbox. It never was. It was a scam. Paypal would not reimburse. Lost 60 bucks!

On April 27th after an email conversation they resent the item I purchased and gave me a new tracking number. They stated the logistics accidently sent the wrong product out the 1st time. Today May 18th,2021 I received this message from WWW.emsname.top that the delivery status of your item has not been updated (your package may have been lost during the transportation period. pls contact sender.

I ordered a 3 tier garden shelf with lights off of a very legitimate looking website for garden supplies and structures. They took my order online and payment immediately and then after numerous attempts to contact them via email because they had no phone listed I received sporadic responses. Finally I received my order on 5/6/2021 and it was not the item I ordered but a cheap pair of snythetic gloves from China. The website indicated that the company and items would be coming out of Florida. They have now offered to refund 60% of my money due to "restocking" fees which is ridiculous because there is nothing to restock and it is on them. I think this company is a front for something else . Please help me get my money back and please help other people from getting swindled like me. thank you,

I made online purchase on this website for a pair of garden cranes/metal garden statues. i became concerned when i did not recieve an order confirmation after submitting my payment, so i emailed the company. i received a response that my item would ship and tracking provided. i waited weeks for my item which never arrived. instead, i was sent a phoney wallet as a diversion. when i emailed again told it was a "mistake" and did i want the correct item, i emailed that i wanted refund since item was not shipped. i was then emailed asking if i wanted 60% of my refund. this is a scam the website lists higher end garden and household items but does not fufill the order and instead ships a cheap small item as a "mistake" then refuse to refund purchase

I ordered a 3 tier Plant stand including grow lights and trays for $65.99 and 4 weeks later received a small package containing 5 pairs of ankle socks! I sent an email to them and they asked me to send a photo of the socks! I thought the price was too good to be true and could not find any reviews because the company was so new!

Ordered a garden tool shed for $76. On 3/23/21. It was never delivered. Couldn't get a reply from customer service nor could I find any tracking information. Did an online search for the company and ended up here. I am absolutely furious. As we all should be. This is just plain wrong!

I ordered a shed for just over $78. I tracked it until today it said was delivered on April 3rd. Which it was not. So far I've sent 4 emails, no response. They are scammed and I am so pissed I can't see straight. I live on disability and every penny Counts. As they say, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Stay away.

I purchased, or so I thought, a composter for over $67 and received a storage bag I could have purchased at The Dollar Tree.
Glad I tested the waters and only bought 1 item!
I had researched reviews for them before I made my purchase and only found it was a new company which had no reviews yet.
That will make me mindful next time! Wait for the company to be around at least 6 months so there will be reviews before you buy!

Ordered Greenhouse extension. I e mailed them after a month for status of my order and they told me it should be here soon. Received a 6"X6" package that says "manicure Tools" on the outside of the package which is from China. I did not open the package. Contacted company and they said Oops, logistics sent the wrong item. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my $. They came back and said they could only refund 60% due to customs and shipping cost. I told them that was not satisfactory, I was due a full refund as they failed to ship the product. I entered a dispute with my CC company the day I got the small package. 1st if I had known the company was in China I would not have ordered. CC charge on statement was under a different company name. Don't do business with this company!

Purchased a $65 8X10 metal shed for office 2/18/21, checked the tracking number today 3/24/21, order arrived 3/22/21? No shed to be seen. Emailed everyone one of the three emails listed. No reply yet. I'll be cancelling payment through credit card now that I've seen this.

This company does not exist. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The physical address that they provide on their website is the location for a cafe behind or in a church in Florida. There is no phone number on their website, but the one provided on ScamPulse.com for their business belongs to a private residence in Louisiana. Email correspondence from them came from the email address: [email protected]. At the time that I write this I do not know how much if anything was taken from my bank account. This was all discovered from trying to follow up on my purchase that has not arrived yet. The email they sent me did say the item was paid for.

Absolute BS. Exactly like other folks have said. Ordered large rolls of 12ml greenhouse sheeting. Waited a month and a half. Got a small iPhone stand. We had paid through paypal, so got an immediate refund, but MSOFCTU did not respond to emails. Guess we know what the F stands for...

These guys are selling a Landzie Compost & Peat Moss Spreader for $75.69 with free shipping. This same item is being sold on Amazon and other legitimate websites for $350. I'm not foolish enough to be placing my order with MSOFCTU.
