This is a phone monitoring program so i am able to check activity on my son's phone. It was a pop up ad, it stated it was a one time fee of $21.19 which is non-refundable. I was good with that. Then there was additional charges on my account for $45.49 an $56.18, which i did not authorize. I tried to call the company numerous times receiving a message that number was no longer in service. I sent many emails to customer service and billing dept and received emals back stating these charges are non-refundable but i can purchase and additional 3 months.

Purchased a phone monitoring plan from mSpy that did not meet expectations within means of customer service nor the device service. I reached out to the company's IT department for the initial set up of software and troubleshooting on March 18,2023. That is when I ran into the issue with the software. When reported to the IT team it was determined that it was developers issue which calls for a refund if requested. I waited until March 22, 2023 for a follow-up in regards to the issue being resolved and they were not able to provide me with any update. More information is detailed below. It has been a continous back and forth with the support department and they suggest all the other options available to me that I have previously tried but still no success in use of the monitoring software. They told me that this was a highly effective product and that it was top quality. But it was all just for getting people to purchase.

Per their refund policy, it states technical issues with software that can NOT fixed, which is what I am experiencing, is within means of a refund. I was in contact with the installation department on March 22, 23 in attempts of connecting the device properly withing the 14 day 100% refund period. During that time it was determined that the issue was a developer issue and would need to be sent over to the developers department for further investigation. At that point I froze my account until I heard back from them. I was told that they would follow up with me in regards to any progress made and I never heard anything back. I was given reference ticket numbers ******* and ******* when I followed up two weeks later on April 13th. There was still no confirmation or update of whether the issue was resolved or could be resolved at that point. I was told to contact mAssistance again and go thru the reinstalling process again. From there I was told that I would be provided with mAssistance for free rather than issuing a refund. I completed that and there still was no updated messaged from March 30 until now and the phone has been in use ever since March 18, the day after the plan was purchased. The sync on April 24 was unsuccessful for syncing the text messages which is one of features in which you all hold high in standards for spy protection.

I signed up for a subscription, and noticed that the company seemed sketchy, so I emailed them right away to get a refund and they are not answering my emails and if they do, they keep saying the same thing. I read their refund policy and am well in my rights to get a refund. It is very difficult trying to contact anyone from this company. Their work gone number does not work. All I can do is email them.
