5/15/24 I purchased Muama Ryoko device. I paid $89 for it and $49.99 for unlimited data per month. Up to 150 MBPS but it was never close to that speed on multiple internet speed tests. Website says satisfaction guarantee or 30 day return policy from the date of product arrival. The device arrived 5/22/24. https://getryoko.com/ryoko/return. I contacted to cancel my data plan and to return the device on 6/16/24. Emailed with someone named Mary (6/16 & 6/17) and then online chatted with someone named Rose (6/24). the website says satisfaction guarantee and it doesn't say the device must be unused. This operation is a scam. The product is made in China but return address is in Lithuania. It doesn't work as advertised and the website doesn't list the full criteria for a return. A customer must be able to determine satisfaction without opening and trying out the device.
