MUBI is a movie streaming sight that my teacher required us to sign up for in order to watch movies and discuss them for our film class. First I had a free trial that I canceled, then I had a subscription for one month. After I canceled this subscription they kept charging me unbeknownst to me every month for several months and sometimes even twice a month. As I have canceled my subscription I can not log into the account that I previously had with them so I can't even watch the movies or use the service that I have been paying for. I looked up their reviews on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/mubi.com and hundreds of people have had the same problems. I have screen shots of every review made that said the same thing happened to them. In order to cancel the subscription you HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BANK CARD! This is very upsetting and hard at a time like this especially because I have lost my job due to covid and have been scammed for money that I NEEDED!
