Ad was on Facebook.

Site is identical to actual muck boots company site. Prices are half or less what is charged from legitimate site.

Was charged more than quoted. Was charged twice. Beijing at the end of payment information on bank report. Customer service is not available to respond through [email protected]

Or through contact us link on website. Contact us link does not show an alternate email, just submission form.

Pay close attention to URL!

I saw an add on FaceBook for Muck Boots on sale, so I clicked it. It looked just like the actual Muck Boot Website I have been on before.

I should have known it was too good to be true. I placed an order and when the confirmation email arrived it was for a different store. I went on my credit card but it was pending and Discover said I had to wait and contact the seller to get reimbursed. If they didn't then they would look into it. I tried to find a phone number but none. I emailed the customer service email in the confirmation but it came back saying it won't work and I have to use the one on their website. So I went to the website and sent an email but really feel there will be no reply. I went back to FaceBook and clicked the ad's comment section. Yup, many people scammed. I also reported them to FaceBook but in the comments people said FaceBook won't remove them. Muck Boot Company's website has an entire page on this scam going on and what to do to avoid it. Too bad it doesn't come up when the scam site is clicked.

Fake Muck Boots site claiming to sell Muck boots on clearance. It is not Muck boots and who knows what will happen to your CC info.

Facebook ad claiming muck boots are on sale at 80% off. So $30.00 or less for a $200.00 pair of boots. I almost ordered multiple pairs until I googled sales and promotions for the muck boot company and nothing came up.

A Facebook ad for Muck Boots takes you to a site where Muck Boot items are listed on sale. However, the site is a scam. Using Paypal, the payment is sent to [email protected] and PayPal shows that the payment is being received by Pamela Boone.

Looked like a real muck boot web site with great deals! My credit card denied the charge then i realized it was muckushop not the real muck boot shop!! It was too late at that point so i had to cancel my credit card so they couldn't make any more charges with the info I gave them!

I saw an ad on Facebook for cheap Muck Boots and tried to order some. My bank fraud department stopped the charge because it looked suspicious. A company in China with the name "[censored]" in it - I don't remember the name.
