I bought a mat for my dog on Facebook. I was charged for it and additional items. I contacted the company about the additional charge and they told me I ordered it. I agreed to check it out when it arrived. I ordered on December 28, 2022. I have still not received any products. I have reached out multiple times to the contact information available. I am not confident it is a valid person. Probably a robot. They are refusing to cancel order or refund my money even though I have clearly not received the merchandise ordered well over a month ago. I do not want any one else to be taken by this scam. I have reached out to Facebook, my credit card company, and the FTC to report this.
