This company originally started as "muddy muggle" a Harry Potter themed 5k race and festival of sorts. After purchase they changed the name to "muddy mortal" for legal reasons. There was supposed to be 12 different event in 12 different locations throughout 2017. The first 4 events were cancelled and most recently my event, Denver location, has been complete nonsense. No responses from facilitators, Facebook business page turned off for commenting, refund policies changed twice and now the website name itself changed. No one has been able to get a hold of someone who can help and the business continues to sell coupons in groupon and eventbee.com even though the company has no permits and the only thing missing is an official "cancellation". This is completely horrible the way they took advantage of thousands of people and continue to take money with no intention of ever actually putting on an event.
