I was receiving phone calls with threats of litigation but no information as to what the issue was. They gave a reference number, after which you give them, they ask you to verify the last four digits of your social (which I did not). When I asked for the name of the company the woman said she had already given it and she had not. She evaded the question and hung up on me. I called back to very irritated "agents" that all evaded most of my questions and also hung up on me. I finally received a name but when I asked for a business address and website was once again yelled at and hung up on. One "agent" started blurting out details that would be on my credit report, as if threatening me.
