I needed to purchase my husband a pair of rubber boots and I saw this website. I ordered, they took the $35.00 right out of our account but the website still shows our order as "pending". I've sent several emails asking when the order will be sent out but have received no replies. (email is the ONLY way to communicate with this company). I know that $35.00 isn't alot of money to some people, but it's alot of money when it's all you have.
