Robot Puppy Scam
On their page, it says they are a "Google verified website" offering a 100% money back guarantee. This is an absolute joke.
What they do is send you a giant email about how to send your products to them for a refund, but don't include the address you need to send the stuff to. When you email them back to get said address or the other option 15% cash back, THEY DONT RESPOND. Oh and there's a time limit on when you can return things... But with no return address, how are you supposed to get the product back to them in time.
This is a definite scam and should be avoided at all costs. 10/10 do not recommend.

I am submitting a complaint against Mulade regarding a product I encountered on their website, the Milow Robot Puppy. I believe the company has engaged in misleading advertising, and I am concerned about the product's authenticity and quality.

Misleading Product Images: The product images on the Mulade website show a lifelike robot puppy that looks very realistic. However, upon further research, I found that the product does not resemble the images, and it seems to be a misrepresentation.
Suspicious and Identical Reviews: Many of the reviews for this product appear to be identical or overly generic, which makes me question their authenticity. It is concerning that these reviews may be fake or paid to make the product seem better than it is.
False Promises of Money-Back Guarantee: The website claims a "100% Money-Back Guarantee." However, I have come across complaints from other buyers that suggest this guarantee is not honored, leading to further distrust in the company.
Request for Resolution:
I would like to request that Mulade address these misleading advertising practices, clarify their money-back guarantee policy, and ensure that reviews on their platform are authentic. I also request a full refund for the product if it is proven to be a scam or not as described.
