I received a call from 866 303 1453 from a man named Jeff Stevenson after I submitted some information on the website https://www.obamacareplans.com/quotes.html?zip=10013. His extension is 111 and he walked me through applying for insurance for United Health Care. He told me what all the plan offered and how much every month. I gave him my AMEX number and I was charged. He told me I would receive an email from UHC about my plan and I never did. I only got an email from MultiPlan which I had no idea what it was. Then I called UHC and they said that plan didn't exists. Then all the red flags started to happen. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and then when I did they said they would cancel my application and call me back. I never got a call back. I called a different number for MultiPlan from Google and she said there is a fake company using their name and are targeting the east coast offering insurance. I did get a call from a number from Cambodia at +855 58 916 51. A woman said that the company is real and she did not know what I was talking about. She said she would refund my card, but could take a couple weeks. They stated they are located in Miami, Florida but I am not sure if that's true. The charge on my card has a phone number that I called. The address is for an Edward Jones business, but the woman on the phone did not know what that was and that she was located in Texas, but not Mansfield, Texas.
