I received a call on Saturday at 4:37 pm from MultiPlanPPO 855-271-1262. I asked for his name. He said he would get me that, then when he went to transfer me to a woman. and I said hey, I want your name, and he said "Oh, uh, it's Billy Orange, like the color. He said his extension was 116. He asked if I needed healthcare coverage. I said yes. We agreed on $156.95 with a $25 enrollment fee. His call phone number is 740-347-8781. He asked for my bank card number on the front and the back. I gave it to him. I bank with Atomic Credit Union. I wasn't feeling well, and I did need coverage, so I fell for it. When I called the 855 number it goes to a voice mail. When I call his cell phone, it's a recording which sounds like a jungle creature adn heavy breathing.
