Steel rack w drawer

Paid for steel rack w drawer for my kitchen haven’t heard from them since. Used my debt card to pay had a phone number it said I can’t call this number. The company so called name is Multiqulo shop. How can we all get our money back put some kind of stop to these people from using Facebook and all social media.Help!

I ordered from the site and found them on Facebook as well. I paid $65.90 for a space saving coffee/dining table. Its been 2 weeks so far and no package. I'm hoping that i get it delivered. I saw the deal and took it because I'm not made of money and never ran into a scam on Facebook before. I may call my bank and have them investigate

Order a chair in may 2021 for 41.90 it is now almost December they took my money and no chair delivered. I have e mailed and tried to call but to no avail. They do not answer e-mails. When you call they hang
up on you. I really would like my money back . I am really disappointed and hope no one else gets scammed.

I bought lingerie set from them on 6/14/21. I have sent 6 emails to find out what happened to my order and I have not gotten any response back as yet.

When I purchased the item I don’t know if I used my debit card or credit card because it’s not indicated on my order.

I spent around $32.00 on the item.

I too made a purchase from this company via advertisement on Facebook. It was for an electric cleaning brush. there were several adds on the same page with different prices and I of course chose the least expensive one. that was on April 4th and it is now May 26th. I've sent emails asking where it is but no answer. I guess I got shafted on this one too. I did receive a small package with a bracelet in it that looks like it came from the dollar store, no note or explanation so I don't even know if it's from this company or not. money lost $35.95. If this is a scam I hope what goes around comes around for these jerks.

Oh My, same thing happened to me. I placed an order for the electric cleaning brush in April 2021, it’s now June 2021 and I have still not received my order. I have sent several emails, messaged and left comments on Facebook where I placed the order in the first instance, dropped a message on their supposed website, and all have been ignored. I received a bracelet, which was less than £1 and they still tried to charge me for it. It’s ridiculous, bloody scammers!

This was a company I found on Facebook, I placed an order March 4, 2021, it is now May 2021 and still haven't received my order. The order was for 2 folding shelves, one 5 tier and one 3 tier. It was paid for at the time of the order.
Why is it so easy for these companies to take advantage of the public?
We are too trusting.

I made a purchase of a Multi-layered kitchen shelf from the website on March 11, 2021. I received an email on March 24, 2021 from the company communicating they have finished processing my order. I have not received my purchase or any other communication from this company since March 24. I have attempted to contact the company using the phone number and email address with not luck. I acutally received an error response from google support communicating "The recipient server did not accept your requests to connect." I have not receive any shipment information nor have a I received the order. It has been 8 weeks and still no merchandise. My bank was charged for the order.
