In the voicemail message, after addressing me by first & last name, the caller identified herself as "Pamela Smith," and stated that the call was in reference to an "Unresolved legal matter" out of Multnomah County, that demanded immediate action be taken to avoid "Further fallout." She then left the (971) # to reach her at, and ended the message.
Considering that I haven’t resided in Multnomah County, OR since 2010, & definitely have no legal matters there either, it was quite obvious that something wasn't right, and that this was some sort of rip off artist/scammer!
