It is my belief that this company accepts orders they have no intention of filling to obtain credit card payment. I ordered an item (order 16145) on 3-18. After a follow-up, they claimed that I would receive my goods within 6-8 days on 3-23. Then, after a delay, they said a refund had been processed on 4-1. As of 4-6, no sign of a refund has been posted to my charge account.
