Email to shop from me on Feb 29 2024: I received my order today and it is not what I ordered. I ordered a show me your mumu black jasmine halter dress size XXL for around $100 and I got a tiny locket necklace instead. Please reimburse me or send me the correct item.

They emailed back asking “did you mean that you get the wrong items?”

My response: I did not receive the correct item. I ordered an expensive dress and received a tiny cheap necklace instead. I am frustrated and disappointed at this point so I would like my money back. I spent around $100 to get a bridesmaids dress for my friend’s wedding and was not happy when I received a random cheap necklace instead that I did not order. If I do not receive my money back soon I am going to take legal action.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Your satisfaction as a customer is of utmost importance to us, and we will do everything we can to rectify this situation.

My response: I threw the bag and the necklace away as soon as I got it because I was frustrated, but it was a little silver necklace that had a key on it, I attached a picture that is similar. The bag it came in was very very small and came from china. I’ve attached pictures with all of that information

I included screenshots of email confirmations I had gotten from them. When I sent this email, it said it is undeliverable bc the inbox is full.
