Order shoes from a Facebook site called Hoka USA. Completed the order and upon receipt of confirmation it stated to reach out to a specific email for any questions. There was no company information on the confirmation. I waited the allotment of time and now the view order history link doesn’t work nor the company link.

Husband clicked Facebook ad for Hoka shoes, paid with credit card got spam email confirming order. Charge on credit card was to Angelaperezz.com in commerce city colorado. Email in confirmation of order to contact in case of issues was suspicious [email protected] and [email protected]. Shoes never arrived, reported fraudulent charge to credit card company

Facebook ad appearing to be an outlet store for HOKA shoes. Ad claimed to promise shipping within 14 business days and be located within the USA. However, the confirmation email that came within 48 hours contained Asian symbols and caused alarm for a scam. I emailed to request shipping confirmation and received a response with a series of numbers and letters as tracking but with no link or shipper information.

I’ve requested a full refund but received no response.

Description

I got a Facebook ad for Hoka shoes on sale. When I purchased them the confirmation said shipping could take 15 days. The website now no longer exists. I checked multiple times before the 15 days and it said, item not yet shipped. I do not believe the product ever existed. The customer service email address is suspicious, [email protected].
