I ordered from a Facebook advertisement for cute stuffed animals. I received the product (was told one was free, but my final bill did not reflect that). I received the product (3 stuffed bears that make soothing sounds) and it was a joke, but I told myself I should know better than to order off a random Facebook ad. But now, every month, there is a charge from squeezing cuties on my credit card and after digging online, I realized it's because of this initial purchase. I have no idea why they are charging my credit card $39.98 every month for nothing. I also don't know how to stop it. I have no account or anything with them. I bought the product 4 months ago. Please shut them down! I saw a bunch of other people online with the same issue from this company.
