I followed the tracking information provided and it said that I needed to reschedule delivery with my post office. Once I contacted my post office, they informed me that the tracking numbers provided aren’t sequences that are even used by the USPS. I found contact information on the site and emailed them with my issue and the tracking information they provided. They asked for an order number and I provided that and now over a week later, I’ve had no response.
