Cavet Emptor RE: MV Realty: Signing a contract with a company to sell your home at some future date - do your research first, before possibly clouding your title for the next 40 years also affecting your children (yes, the terms of the contract apparently do state whoever inherits or is executor of your estate must use their service or pay a substantial fee 3 to 6% of appraised value) in order to sell... more foreboding, I asked for a copy of the contract prior to signing to have an attorney review, and it was NOT provided... so be careful! ?

Type of a scam Government Grant

Originally it started with a message from a colleague from work on Facebook messenger. They were able to hijack her account then say stuff to me about how she got money from this IMF Relief Fund and they were giving grant money away for those who qualify. They offered her caseworker’s personal cell phone number to call and get started before they close the program. She kept sending IM’s via Facebook and I started getting skeptical asking more questions. She started getting all churchy on me as I say. I told her to call me so I could verify it was her calling, she said she would but never did.

Before this, in the meantime I called her Agent

I did text this dude and he asked how I got his number and later asked for my name and to be honest with him! Other than that, that’s all I gave him. He said he was putting my name in the system to see if I qualified. This was last night, 2/9/22. This morning he texts me one word, Hello. I said nothing back. My supposed friend did the same on messenger. Currently I’m not working and can’t call this friend at work due to other issues but my son knows her husband and is going to ask him today. Now today I got some other [censored] texting from a realtor wanting to give me $750 for a homeowner benefit program. Geez!
