I ordered some headphones from this company February 6,2020 and haven’t receive them. They were to be delivered 2/24/20. After contacting them through social media and email, I got a message that my headphones were delayed til March. After not getting them in March I got the response. Headphones will be in sometime in April. I did some research on their Facebook book page, turns out I’m not the only one with this issue. I asked for my money back and I was told they don’t do refunds only exchanges.
