I would like to speak with PO regarding the scam I came across. I placed an order for an iPhone 13 Pro from an online store called MV'S EXCLUSIVE GADGET STORE. I found the page on Facebook and was immediately drawn in by how legitimate and trustworthy it seemed. They also provided me with IDs and DTI company permissions, which further piqued my interest. They asked for a 5,000 down payment, which I provided them. Later, they told that another 7,000 was needed since they were out of stock and would have to place an order with their store in California. I deposited 7k through Gcash once more, and after a while, they asked for another 15k for the insurance charge.They said that it was necessary for the insurance premium and that all of the money would be returned to me after delivery. I was already skeptical as to why they would need to charge me the insurance amount again, so I asked for the tracking number. They sent it to me, and when I looked it up on DROPSHIP.COM, it actually showed my address and my package, so I decided to give them another chance and submitted the necessary cash. How many days have I messaged them asking for updates, and they haven't given me any. I was so incensed that I told them to cancel my order and just return the money I provided, but they insisted that they had no refund policy. I kept emailing them, and each time they asked for an additional 16,800 for the IMMIGRATION FEE. However, I was actually asking them for a refund, and they responded by sending me a letter stating that they were not accepting them. When I threatened to withhold all money from them and ensure that they suffered the repercussions, they BLOCKED me right away. It was a genuine error on my part. and in order to stop additional scams, all I'm asking is that you delete all of their social media profiles. Although I am aware that I won't get all of the money I sent them, may I ask if you have any ideas on how to stop these kinds of scams? and if possible I can get the money that I sent?
