I bought a wig online in early April 2021 and received it second week of May. I wanted a capless because of skin sensitivity. I didn't get the capless as in the picture on the internet and no quality product. I should of known. It is better to pay a bit more to get something better and not to look like a clown with their cheap product. A piece of junk.
I wrote to the manager Jennifer who was of no help and to confuse me she started to write in German. She explained she gives refund only if it is bad quality. I don't know what she is talking about. Absolutely no after-sale service. She told me the wig is beautiful and enjoy it. Very arrogant. Consumers need protection from these companies. They are scam, fraud. They take the money and couldn't care if the consumer is happy. The manager Jennifer refused to give me the address for return. I am thinking of sending it back to the address she has on the site. Thieves, thieves. Please help. Thanks
