One star is too many. It took TWO months to get the product and then it was the WRONG product. When I asked about it, they said what I ordered was out of stock so I got this. I didn't want that, I wanted what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they said they could give me a 10% refund or a gift card (no thanks, I don't want to order from ya'll ever again). I could return it for an exchange but I would have to pay shipping to China. Customer service SUCKS.

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AND DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

This company is awful! Company front is in US, making you think your product will be shipped and received in a timely manner. I paid for expedited shipping and still had to wait weeks for my products to arrive, once they did, the size was incorrect. If this wasn't bad enough, the quality is absolute trash. I've been back and forth with this company for a refund and the best they can do is have me ship the incorrect, poorly made product back to China at my expense. Assuming they receive the product, they will examine and decide if a refund is warranted. Terrible, frustrating experience, stay away.

This company is fraudulent. I ordered 8 pair of Christmas pajamas on 12/3/2023 and website said 7-10 day shipping. I still have not received them (1/23/2024) I requested my card be refunded. They will not issue a refund. I inquire about receipt of the items and some robot responds with shipping information. My items have been "shipping" since 12/16/2023. they will take your money and you will not receive your items. Fraudulent company.

Ordered Christmas pajamas, paid for express shipping, came late and needed to return. Via email they offered 20% discount to keep them. As they were poor quality I didn’t want them. They then said I had to pay for shipping back to china even though they appear to have come from the USA. I told them their website states they would provide a shipping label, it does allow for changes without notice but it hasn’t been changed. Website still says label provided. They stopped responding to my emails, I disputed the payment with my credit card and today I received return shipping info but still have to pay the cost.

Never received my order. Paypal has paid them. They never responded to my emails and both numbers are not in working service and the bill under zora footwear and when I googled the company, they had another number that was not working.

My wife ordered five cotton sleep shorts from mycomfypajama.com. Seven weeks later she received three full pajama sets and two sleep shorts. Neither of the shorts were in the color and/or pattern she ordered. I contacted them immediately, as directed on their website, by sending an email to [email protected]. I sent three emails to that address and never heard back. I also tried calling the number on their website, but it is a non-US number and they don't tell you what country code to use. Eventually I reached them through their parent company, Premier Trust Store. But they said they could not help me because it had been more than 30 days since I received the items. I showed them the emails I had sent immediately after the receipt and they responded by sending me their return policy. The policy they sent contains a clause which is not included in the return policy listed on the mycomfypajama.com website. The new clause said that if an item ordered is out of stock, they will send a similar item and apply a 5% discount. Apparently, from their perspective my wife had not received the "wrong" items, simply substituted items. So from their perspective, no error had been made. If I wished to return the items, I would be responsible for return shipping. I am guessing that the return would be to a foreign country, meaning that my shipping cost would be nearly as much as the items originally cost. But I'll never know because when I asked where to ship the items they stopped responding to me. So now we are stuck with these five incredibly unattractive pieces of sleepwear. My wife had ordered really cute items, but as is typical, the cute items had sold out quickly. The company invoked their right to send substitute items--items for which they were overstocked because they were far less attractive--and then refuse to accept a return.

I google searched halloween PJs. Comfy Pajamas was one of the first options and had family pajamas. I ordered and paid for 5 day shipping so they would come in time for halloween. The order said processed and that they would send a text with my tracking info and order "shortly". That never came by email or text. I tried to call the phone number on the website which is out of service. I contacted my credit card and they provided another phone number which also is out of service. The "pajamas" came weeks later, but I would not call them pajamas or anything like what was described. Shipped from New York, not sure where the actual company is located. The website says you can return in 30 days by emailing to request a return. I have done this 2 times so far with no response. Looks like a lot of other similar experiences from others once you look into the company online.
