Keep trying to charge me

Scam for sure I never signed up for this

I never signed up for this credit monitoring, I know this cuse neither of my email addresses are the one used to set the account up, nor have I uses my new credit card online for anything like this. I had to get a new card cuse a "different" company (probably the same people) had charged me for months when I never signed up for anything so I don't know how my new card info was obtained! But I am beyond pissed!

I completed an offer on a game app to collect a reward. I was asked to sign up for a free trial after 7 days if you don't cancel it will bill you $39.90. I cancelled after 2 days and they STILL charged my debit card the $39.90! I then cancelled AGAIN and now today they again STILL attempted to charge my card. I'm not only upset but now PISSED because I have cancelled TWICE and they still charged me.

They keep trying to charge me $39.90 after I have sent numerous emails to cancel it and called as well . They use different names with the same charge trying every week to take the $39.90 from my account it's ridiculous!

I had the same issue with the trial, and then later charged $39.90.
I called to cancel, the man helped me get a lower rate of $12.99 Days later, I’m charged the $39.90. I call someone and I tell her about it, she says I was not charged the 39.90 but I definitely was. She called the company “my rent to own” and “credit genius360”... I think it’s a scam pretty much. Hope I’m not charged again.

I completed an offer on a game app to collect a reward. It asked me to sign up on this website with credit/debit card info and pay $1. After one month if you don't cancel it will bill you $39.90. When I tried to go back to cancel, I couldn't find it. It charged my debit card the $39.90 from a source called My Credit Observer. I was very upset because I couldn't cancel and it still charged me.

You were given the option of cancelling the membership AT ANY TIME. I just now spoke to Alonzo with mycreditobserver.com who was exceedingly polite and professional and, after a sales pitch, he immediately gave me my confirmation number. You were given an option at the time you signed up for this, which was to cancel anytime before the day the option told you the $39.90 would kick in. Call back the company. Give them a chance. And, quit giving bad, false reviews.
