My Fresh Florals, aka My Crochet Hat, aka My Watch Ring, aka The Comfy Clogs, aka The Sugoi family is one giant scam. They change their name what seems like weekly because they either get caught or move on to the next scam. They will steal photos of an actual product or good and pawn them off as their own. They advertise with these photos on TikTok (and probably other social media platforms) and then they send a cheaply-made, poor-quality "replica" of the item(s) you ordered, hoping you somehow don't notice that it looks absolutely nothing like the photos they are advertising with. When I received the atrocity they sent me, I reverse google imaged the photos that were in my digital receipt. It brought me to an Etsy page, which turned out to be for the actual item, created by the real artist herself. They claim to have a 30 day return policy, so I took photos of the bad dupes I was sent, compiled them next the images they used to market them, and emailed them, asking for a refund. They responded by saying they'd let their warehouse know of the issue and offered to send me other ones. I told them no, I didn't want other ones. Now that I knew about the scam and that the items weren't coming from the original artist, I wanted nothing to do with them. They failed to respond to me after that, so I filed a claim with PayPal (who I paid through) who reviewed my case and just today closed the case in my favor and sent the money back to me. So I am not complaining to get any sort of refund. I got the money back. I am filing this claim because they need to be stopped. People will continue to be scammed and defrauded until they are. Thanks!
