I’ve been trying to cancel my insurance plan with them for about 2 weeks now and they refuse to let me cancel and or refund me. I’ve been contacting them since then and they keep telling me I’ll get a confirmation for the canceled insurance but I’ve yet to get it. They’re scammer. They never actually covered my medication, they took a coupon from Good Rx so good rx covered my medication. They also told me it was mandatory for you to have health insurance in mass health before you can cancel, that’s bull[censored]. I confirmed that that’s bull[censored] with mass health.

I had the same experience as the other person: I was given a website and was given an insurance card and it appears to be real insurance but it's hard to be sure and hard for the doctors to find my information. The documents send to me were minimal and not what I was told it would be. I've been calling all day and neither of the phones work, the primary customer service number drops right after the first message. I've sent emails and gotten no response. I've paid 3 months and now I'm really concerned especially since I've made an apt to see a doctor next week.

What came of this? I am currently in this situation and am really worried. Did you get your money back?

I had a call from a so-called Insurance agent regarding my insurance premium that went up. I assumed it was my current policy with Blue Shield. I was told I needed to pay $494 to keep my policy in effect. I paid this amount later realizing it was not for my insurance, it was for a new insurance that I did not need. The letter that I have received from Innovative Partners states that I have 30 days from the day of enrollment to cancel and receive my refund. When I called to cancel and asked for a refund, the customer service lady, Georga told me she would try, but did not guarantee that I would receive the refund as it might reach over the 30-day period by the time it will be processed.

"innovative partnership" had called me while I was looking for insurance and got me to get insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance (which are a real insurance company) but when I called Blue Cross just to confirm, they said their open enrollment was done unless I submitted documentation for a crisis that would need me to have insurance ASAP (which I did not) so I looked up their customer service phone number (855-432-1273) and found this page so I called them to cancel my plan before the payment went through and as soon as I called I got connected and she said "Hi this is tori again, you had hung up so I can transfer you to the guy to proceed with your cancellation" and I was confused so I asked her to repeat herself and she said "hold on one moment please" and put me on hold for 10 mins then it hung up showing that they are obviously not organized/professional. They had said my cancelation was successful so hopefully I do not get charged. the insurance was also health and vision for $272 a month and when I tried to verify that with Blue Cross they said they only had something for 272 a month for only health and for people not my age (I'm 19). they have also never heard of the brokers called innovative partnership. so please be careful of this place including how their number comes up as unknown and/or telemarketer. I am young and anxious and have always taken precautions towards scammers but these people got me. pictures provided are the website they had me use for processing my insurance, and their email/phone number.

I found a marketplace website that looked legitimate online and was on the phone with an "Alex" in Florida, originally from Arkansas, with a 5 month old daughter (all of which is probably baloney). He seemed extremely helpful and caring about my situation and got me to give him my credit card info and a payment of $355. Unfortunately, I overrode BofA's security warning when prompted that it was a suspicious activity. Anyways, I got on the "MultiPlan PPO" plan, and was going to receive a card from a "MedTrust" company. I must have been in a daze because I did absolutely no due diligence while I was on the phone with him. Afterward, it hit me like a ton of bricks and I realized how silly I had been. Thankfully, the post here confirms my suspicions since it's the same phone number as posted by another complainant, 1 (855) 432-1273. The other number on the website is 888-677-6074, which is associated with a cannabis insurance company as well as Filipino scammers. BofA placed a stop charge on that account and also will be delivering me all new debit cards. Next, I have to file a dispute for a scam charge to get my money back now... Anyways, hope this can help someone avoid an annoying hassle.

I have a similar experience. In March 2022 I signed up for a medical plan found on Google and I was sent Jericho Medical cards and none of the doctors I visited recognized the plan and I was also sold Dental and Vision, both do not exist and I have been charged about $950 every month without a service.
Finally I was able to read the thru 1-855-432-1273 number and they refuse to cancel my plan asking me to show them the proof that I have medical coverage.
When I tell them what plan I have signed up, they ask me to send them proofs to [email protected] and no one acknowledges the receipt of this email.

I used Google to help me obtain affordable medical health coverage. And I was on the phone with an agent and they supposedly established me to be covered by “Multiplan PPO Network” this name for a health insurance company does not exist. I registered myself 5/4/2022. I have not been able to get in contact with the original agent or anyone from the number I called when I spoke with the consultant.
The customer service number for “multiplan” does not work and I came to a city Md for a medical emergency and they are unable to identify or verify the insurance company.
And I’m also googling and apparently the company is a scam
