Puppies for sale at a site called My Lovely Chihuahuas, the seller starts off by sending pictures of cute puppies, right after you show your interest he asked for a immediate deposit to hold the puppy for you. He asked for my location and stated that I was eligible for a personal delivery. We agreed I would send him $300 and the rest would be paid upon the delivery was completed. I send him a transfer by Zelle and he asked for my address, email and phone number to begin the transfer documents. The next morning he asked for another deposit of $200 because he needed to purchase an air conditioning crate for the puppy. I told him to use the 300 that I had already sent, because I would not be able to send more money, then he gave me other payment options like gift cards and was very pushy and persisting. I denied sending more payments and he said would then cancel my order, so I agreed to having him cancel my order and getting my money refunded. Then seller went on saying he had already spend the money with the transfer paperwork, gas and vet check up. And worked so hard into gaining my trust again by saying he was a good Christian with a family and would never defraud people. I became very skeptical and saw the red flags after sending my $300 deposit. Unfortunately, I would not be able to recover it but I want to make this known to avoid this happening further. There are so many Facebook pages with people selling puppies and some get offended when you ask them the right questions about their business.
