I received a message from a random man asking if I could be a brand ambassador for the company he worked for (screenshot provided). I did my research on the company and followed the directions he provided. The company looked legit and had over 50k followers on IG so I figured they were legit. I made my purchase on 9/24/2021 and 2 weeks later I still did not receive any tracking info or email so I reached out to the person I was messaging through their IG page about wanting to cancel my order because I still haven't received anything via email or mail. The representative told me that the order had already been processed (not shipped) so they couldn't issue a refund. I was irritated but decided to wait another week before contacting my bank. On 10/13/2021 I received a email stating that my package had been shipped with a tracking number attached but no real tracking regarding where my package was. To this day my tracking information has yet to be updated nor have I received anything in the mail and it has been over 2 months since I placed my order!!! There is no address or contact number provided in their website. Only an email address was provided which I recently have not gotten any response from. They claim that their old page was hacked but I'm pretty sure someone probably reported that they were a scam and their deleting any comments that prove this is true.
