I placed this order on their "official" website which is down now, I placed the order because the url showed that it was safe in my browser. I paid for a wand I saw online and extra paper for it. They gave me an invalid tracking number at first, then gave me one that worked on the chinese site 17 track. Order Placed in December of 2023 and it still hasn't left China. USPS has been stuck on "delivery date unknown" and "pre-shipment sent" since the beginning of January this year. The site sent me to shopify, which I had used many times in the past.
