Ordered a pair of Winter gloves in early Jan 22 and have not received them. Emailed them four times and received one response back. Still no gloves. The phone number listed is bogus, goes straight to voice-mail. Waiting to see if they'll respond to my refund. Good luck with that right?!

I ordered about $30 worth of items in October. It is now the end of December and i have not received anything but it says my package was “delivered”. I just want a refund; I no longer need the items. I call the number given on the website but it always goes straight to voicemail. I email the email that is given on the website as well, it goes straight to a computer with no actual REAL person response. These people just take your money and never send what you ask for. There are many people who’ve had the same problems.. they need to be shut down.

I just want my money back, it’s been way too long and I no longer need what I ordered. These people are scammers! DO NOT ORDER from here. Is there anyone I can contact to get my money back or report them?

I ordered a mini chain saw in February and never received it after several attempts to contact them. The kept saying it's on the way and it never came. Then a little chain - I presume it's a replacement for the saw - arrived and they are using that as the claim that they sent the saw. Fraud with a capital F! Paypal has been no help at all and I'm thinking of reporting them as well. Stay away from this company!

Ordered the power tool package and nothing came try to contact My winter shop but the phone number & email they provide on their site is in valid reported to PayPal, PayPal gave a full refund, this site is nothing but a fraudulent scam highly recommend nobody order a thing from these low life tip rats

I ordered twice (once expecting to get a small circular saw and 3 blades: I only received the 3 blades. Second time I orderd what I thought was the whole package )11/24/2021 for a total of #116., but I only received 6 blades (3 of which were the same from the first order) but NO circular saw. Where do I get a refund or report these people.

Ordered a small sanding belt machine and only received some sanding belts. This was about 2 months ago. The package of sanding belts was received about 2 weeks ago. Looks like this was a scam.

I ordered two face masks on May 22, 2020, to the tune of $34.93, from My Winter Shop. It took 2 months for them to arrive and when they did, they were of an inferior quality, not as described. And they came directly from China!!! I tried to call the phone number to no avail, and my e-mails were answered with form letters. I ended up appealing to Pay Pal, who said they needed to credit my account IF I sent them back. I followed their instructions to a "t", only to find out that the USPS (who charged me $12.25 for the Customs declaration) didn't issue tracking numbers for packages sent to Canada. So since I'd already sent the package, and since I didn't have a tracking number (I did have the receipt, but that wasn't acceptable), Pay Pal ended up denying my claim. My net loss because of those scammers - $47.18. I've read similar stories on your website, and have come to the conclusion that they operate under different names, etc. I'm hoping that the bit of information I was able to supply might help catch those rascals and stop their illegal operaton.
