Ben Martinez hired me to work for him, he told me he had employees and 1200 clients nationwide leading me to believe he was established. He was not. I worked 10 weeks as he used me to build his business he had zero funds for. He never paid me for 10 weeks of work and I have signed contracts regarding the amount I was to be paid and what not. He then claims he has 1200 clients to new prospective clients lying to them misleading them to believe he is established. Ben Martinez needs investigated and shut down. I have reached out to the State of CA and now I am hoping the ScamPulse.com can point me in a good direction as well.
