I signed up for a seven day trial for $6.99. The service included setting up an appointment with an online “expert”, but no time slots were available until AFTER the trial period, so I contacted the company multiple times by email to cancel the subscription during the trial period. HOWEVER, after the seven day period, they charged my credit card for $29.99 for the subscription that I had timely requested to be canceled. There is no phone number to contact them. There is no access to an account to canel online. You can only contact them by email and they never respond with anything other than an email acknowledgement and “case number”. These are scammers!!! Beware!!!
