Scam

I placed an order the money was taken out of my account within a few minutes. I emailed a week later asking for any info on my order. I got a bs reply I have spent a week replying back to them to cancel the order and refund my money. The add was on Instagram I figured order one. Every night now I get an email saying they will mail it out after the weekend that they will throw another one in for free. Or let them know if I want to cancel it and get a refund. I kept saying cancel and refund my money as I’m writing this I got another email. This one saying there was a problem with the postal service let them know if I want to cancel. It’s been days of emails like this always sorry for the inconvenience but always stalling. I got so angry I started cursing in my emails. How Facebook and Instagram posts their advertisements I don’t even know. I took screenshots of the replies I have received from them and will post them below

Before Christmas I saw an advertisement for a giant bean bag chair for only $40-$50. I visited Mybulkybean.com and placed an order for ours. I did receive a piece of fabric in the mail and after emailing customer support I was told first that the piece of fabric is a chair cushion and that it has the same function as the bean bag chair. I sent many emails trying to get my point across and the last email I got said that the warehouse the beanbags come from wasn't the same as the warehouse I was emailing. I still haven't received a bean bag chair or any assurance that I will be getting my money back. I see this business advertise on Facebook constantly from different Facebook accounts with the same pictures and videos for ads and the same website link. I have also seen others who have the same issue with the business. I can't imagine how many people have actually been scammed. This absolutely needs looked into.
