I ordered & paid for an outdoor Playset (Step2 Swingset Clubhouse). Never received a confirmation number or was able to contact them by phone or email. They filed a FAKE dispute case using MY PayPal Account, then closed the case, all without my knowledge until I got a message from PayPal! That when I open the actual case against them, it wouldn’t go through because it looks like I already closed it, and once you do that you cannot get a refund from the company! Once I was onto them and figured it out I contacted PayPal right away, and they are taking care of it for me, and hopefully I’ll be able to get my money back because I never initially filed a dispute myself. It was done fraudulently by this company to block me from getting a refund! Stay away from this company doing this to people since 2021, I know this because I finally looked it up on the ScamPulse.com website, and they’ve done this to many people! If things on the website, look too good to be true, and prices are crazy good never trust it always go to the Better Business Bureau website and look up the company first before ordering. I’ve learned my lesson, and I hope this helps others to stay away from this fraudulent scam company. Shame on them. I hope they know that karma is a b[censored].
All I wanted was to order a swingset for my grandson. That was my crime.

Good day,
I bought a swing set from this company Mychildparc.
Here is my tracking number 1Z1A3E410312636149. I was tracking my package and when I did it said that it was delivered and I didn't have it. When I called UPS they said that the tracking number was under a different address with a male name. I have try every for a week to get in touch with then by phone and email and no luck. Please help.

I placed on order from this website and lost $1300, they have a fake google phone number set up, their address is not even a facility it’s a home. All the links to social media on their site are fake. Please stay away from this website is you don’t want to get scammed for your hard earned money and never see the product you have expected!

On January 13, 2022, i had place an order for an outdoor playset for my home childcare. I only received a "thanks for your order " email and after that email, i have not received a tracking #, invoice nor the actual playset and it is March 21, 2022. When i call the company, it gives me a google # and no answer. i have emailed and no one ever replies. Please, save yourselves a headache and do not ever give your hard-earned money to this company.
