I got a text sent to my phone where they know and had my name and current address. It also says it is "A RATED WITH THE BBB." The message says:  "Hi (my name in bold letters). New offer $80,000. Based on your credit history's on time payments and due to the recent FICO score changes and interest rate spikes nationwide, you have been pre-approved for a personal program to help you reduce and eliminate what you owe to your creditors. There are several loan programs you are eligible for.  To speak to an agency immediately, please call 800-750-6466. It also says, "This is a regularly federated program, A Rated with BBB."
