I thought I was calling McAfee online security and an male with a Middle-eastern accent told me I had a virus on my WIFI and that he needed to get on my computer remotely to clean it off and install a "lifetime" membership of McAfee. This was in June 2016.

Two weeks ago I had to take my computer to a local Office Depot to get rid of a malware. they installed the real thing. Well today(10/13/16) that same person called back and wanted to give me a refund because he said the software was not working and he needed to get on my computer remotely again to send me a online form to fill out to get a refund. When I asked him why he could not just email it to me he said his accounting Dept. would only do it with the online form.

I told him that I did not have my computer with me, so he is going to call me at 6 am on 10/14/16..
