This website offers to replace a lost drivers license. After clicking on a link to replace a lost license, it asks to fill out personal information, then credit card information without specifying the cost. Only after you make a purchase do you realize that it isn’t a purchase for replacing your license, but a guide on how to replacing your license. I was able to get a refund, but what truly makes this a scam is that they charge a non-refundable $3.99 processing fee. So even though a person feels relieved to not pay the full $19.99, they are still making $3.99 each time.

When you type in the web address on your michigan license paperwork (to renew license) this site pops up. It appears that you are renewing your license but after giving your credit card info, all you get is a useless road guide emailed to you. and a charge for 3.99 on your credit card. then in 2 days, another charge for 19.99 is put on your card. for nothing. Some people think they have indeed renewed their license. This is a totally useless site designed to take your money and get personal information. I was able to get the 19.99 refunded but the 3.99 can't be refunded unless I report it as fraud to my credit card company.

The website was presented as though I was renewing my license online. Instead, I received some kind of downloadable Easy Guide and a bogus gas rebate via email. Now my license is several months outdated, and I have recieved nothing for my previous payment.
