My wife paid for a puppy by Venmo and on the day it was supposed to be flown out, we received an email saying there would be a $950 refundable fee before the puppy could fly. We were never told about that initially and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone. We received an agreement and papers for the puppy that all looked legit
